Mosaic build in Celbridge

A big shout out to all the fantastic students, staff, volunteers and brick.ie members that helped complete the fantastic mosaic build at Scoil na Mainistreach in Celbridge on Friday 13 December. It was certainly a lucky for some Friday 13th for the students that participated. Remember, its only at Brickféile where you can build a bigger LEGO mosaic with the help of Fairy Bricks.

Its that time of year when we start to look forward to some well-deserved rest. For AFOLs it will soon be a time of much shopping and building in anticipation of 2025 events.

Kicking it off in September after a post-Brick Féile break, brick.ie returned to the library events we did pre-Covid with Blessington library being the venue once again for our builds and a brick pit. Some of our members then undertook their annual pilgrimage to Skaerbaek and Billund in Denmark, the home of LEGO, at the end of that month before visiting the Steam railway museum in Swindon the following weekend for Brickish's flagship event.
