Bricklink and selling pieces.

Any tips on how to make a few sales on bricklink and finding a few customers? Also I haven't got a clue how to price fairly.. Ebay seems a bit high for some of the stuff when trying to come up with prices. Is there even demend enough to setup and try running a bricklink account?
